Life as I know it is many things.
I want it to speed up and slow down all at the same time.
I want to keep it safe and I want to spend it like a drunken sailor.
I want to know what comes next but then
I want to close my eyes so it will be a surprise.
I want to romance it,
hold it in a lovers embrace and whisper in it's ear
my undying gratitude for its gift to me.
